Successful health organizations have recognized that interaction and coordination are the key ingredients of their success. With ERP’s, EPR’s (Electronic Patient Records) in large hospitals are expected to integrate information and information based processes across departments and among different types of users. The main issue is maintaining patient records and patient satisfaction, towards which hospitals are still working. The solution to this problem is maintaining electronic patient records (EPR) with help of ERP. ERP systems are also helpful in medical researches. Researches can’t be totally based on patient record diagnose code because of their poor quality.
